DDU-100 Series

The serial number is a label on the back of the AED. Remove the pads from their holder to expose the 9-digit serial number label.

Must be 9 digits and begin with a 1.

A maximum of 50 serial numbers may be submitted at once.

DDU-120 Series

The serial number is a label on the back of the AED. Remove the pads from their holder to expose the 9-digit serial number label.

Must be 9 digits and begin with a 3.

A maximum of 50 serial numbers may be submitted at once.

DDU-2xxx Series

On the back of the AED, there is a 9-digit serial number label.

Must be 9 digits and begin with a 4.

A maximum of 50 serial numbers may be submitted at once.

ARM Series

Must be 9 digits and begin with a 5.

A maximum of 50 serial numbers may be submitted at once.

ARM-XR Series

Must be 9 digits and begin with a 5.

A maximum of 50 serial numbers may be submitted at once.
